Who We Are

CIR (Colonial Insurance Restoration) Exteriors was founded in 2021 as a new and separate company from Colonial Remodeling which started in 1996. Due to the increased need for an “insurance restoration,” company, CIR Exteriors, a specialty company, within the exterior remodeling industry was established. The effects of climate change have drastically altered our weather patterns. The rise in weather related events have led to an increase in the demand for homeowners to hire a company that specializes in the insurance recovery process. The need to perform emergency repairs, coordinate meetings, and to perform the subsequent repairs, are all now fulfilled by one company. The “CIR Exteriors” model combines decades of experience remodeling homes along with decades of experience working on insurance related repairs for homeowners with one goal in mind, quality workmanship.

Insurance Restoration Process

Initial Inspection

We will find out if your home experienced storm damage.

File Insurance Claim

We will meet with your insurance adjuster to help get your claim properly filed.

Final Settlement & Installation

Once claim is finalized, we will coordinate with your insurance company and begin the restoration work.

I am always a bit skeptical when it roofing companies knock on my door, but was very pleasantly surprised with the experience with David and CIR Exteriors. They did an excellent job on replacing our new roof. They helped tremendously in working through the insurance company claims process. We have a fairly large house with a big roof and whole job took one day, start to finish. They showed up around 7 am and 11 hours later by 6 pm the job was done including the cleanup which was impressive. I would unequivocally recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately our neighborhood suffered from storm damage. As expected, several companies came knocking on my door. I was hesitant, as I did not feel comfortable engaging with any of them. Until, my neighbor referred me to David with CIR. David ensured that I was well equipped for the upcoming process. He inspected my roof and provided me with a full report of the damages. David’s due diligence and processes encouraged me to reach out to my insurance for an inspection. David took the time to be there, every step of the way, to ensure approval, and as expected, I was approved. We had a awesome and smooth process with CIR. We didn’t know what to expect or what to do with the storm damage. Fortunately, my brother referred me to David with CIR as he helped him through the insurance process for his roof. Since my brother lives down the street, it made sense we had damage too. David guided us all the way through the process, inspecting our roof, talking with our insurance adjuster, everything. He was very professional and very down to earth. We had some wind damage to our roof from some recent storms this past year and I wasn’t sure of the best way to get our roof fixed. Thankfully, Diego and Chas Kulbok with CIR knocked on my door and did they made replacing my roof so easy. Chas was very knowledgeable, courteous and available. He showed up on time and kept us aware of what was going on. They had a big team that took only 1 day to install our new roof! Great job CIR, I recommend them to anyone questioning to replace their roof

I will definitely recommend CIR Exteriors if you plan to do any work in your home. Chas and his crew redid my entire roof, screened in porch, deck and gutters. He even got the insurance company to cover it for storm damage! Great work
